Stomach Flu...

My son & I are still recovering from perhaps the worst stomach flu I've ever had in my 40+ years. I don't know if this is going around anywhere else but our little corner of the US but I wanted to get the word out. The starting symptoms are sort of odd. We both started with stomach bloating and severe stomach pains. My son actually just thought he was really hungry and that's why his stomach hurt him. We both became extremely dehydrated while this bug ran it's course. We started with this on Tuesday and are just now up & out of bed. We both feel about 90%. Anyway, just wanted to warn everyone. I truly hope none of you get this. Hope you all stay happy & healthy!

I'm glad you and your son are feeling better now! It is always such a relief feeling better after such a hard time of illness. Take a little more rest both and I hope you will be soon up and running for 100%!

Where in the US are you? My area, the kids are dealing with horrible colds, viruses, the flu, and other nasty stuff.

@ Maan & Juneau - Thank you both for your well wishes. Now that I'm done taking care of my horses, I'm going to go relax. My son is resting already.

I have a really gross cold or flu right now, despite having one literally less than a month ago..and it's my birthday which makes it worse.
