Made a little tag background that I'm not going to use. First come, first serve. 

Rules: 

- you obviously can sell tags with this, but you must add a horse(s)

- keep it on EV please

- brownie points if I get a freebie on the tag sale :p [but not required]

- credit me please

- be nice!
