Breeding And herd acquisition - need advice

#136899 Posted on 2017-12-27 15:11:41

Alrighty! So I never post this sort of stuff but I'm stuck on what to do. I realize I kind of have a lot of free time, so I'd like to expand my herd.

Two options. Acquire more endurance walkers or start a new breed.

Currently, there are not too many walkers out there that I'd breed to, but this seems like it might change as there are some younger horses with higher stats. They're just jot of age yet! I will need new horses to mix into my lines. If you breed endurance walkers, feel free to chime in here. Or if you're anyone and have some free time, I'd love it if you glanced at my herd and add some insight here.

Or start a new line (probably would be minis or a pony breed or morgans) just for fun!

Would appreciate any input. Thank you all in advance!

i have a herd of walkers for sale.
all are foundation, all have at least 60 conformation.
varying ages and colors.
they might be good additions to your herd?

let me know if you're interested :)

(but also yes, do the minis with FG! i let her down but still have tons of nice foundies for the project!)

Morgans!! They do not get enough recognition in the game. I have only just started with them but have a few nice horses specializing in western I will breed when they are the right ages.

I love all breeds though so whatever you choose I am sure will be great :) :)

I breed Endurance Walkers! (I am focusing on confo but they are all specialised in Endurance, and I always make sure they gain lots of stats). If you were to start another breed I would go for colored Welshies, but that’s because they’re my main beeed and  biased :P

I just got into a line of driving minis, curiosity of Coffee Queen showing me how adorable they are. I also have smaller lines of Quarters, Paints, and TBs along with my Teke lines that I converted over to Dressage. In the end it is up to you, but I say do minis because I am being biased as a new mini breeder.

Lo-conformation is good! My walkers need their conformation vastly improved!

Everyone else - thank you for your input!

I have endurance TWHs as well, but they're currently locked as I just don't have time to work with all the horses on my account. One of these days I'll get back to them, lol.

Lol, I'd personally love to have more Morgans out there. So underappreciated. *hugs my Morgans*

The minis are super cute though ...
