[nebula] 2 mil equisona/character contest

So this is sort of a character/equisona mix thing I have going on here. I have a few ideas, but I'd also like some personal aspects added.

Prize: first place: 2mil

second place: 1 mil

More placing prizes may be added if enough entries are submitted. I also reserve the right to only pick a first place winner

End Date: January 24, 2018

So my base idea is I'd like a natural base colored character, that has some colorful  markings or accents or whatever added to it. You can interpret that however you want. 

Now a bit about me and my likes

- I'm a biologist

- I have brown hair

- I have a tattoo

- I love Marvel

- I like flowers

-I also love snow and rain

- I like paints and appaloosas as far as natural things go

- I like "sparkly" looking markings for unnatural

- I like unique, unusual markings

- I love space and galaxies. If you can make a natural/space combo that also portrays me, I’d love that 

- I want the natural and unnatural bit to flow well

- I love add ons. Jewelry, capes, armor, whatever. I love it all.

- I want mare or gender neutral lines, since it's sort of a representation of me, and I'm female

- I love blues, greens, purples and pinks best

Free, pay to use, and custom lines are all acceptable as long as everything is properly credited 

Now, my only other requirement is that I want this equisona type character to include a companion. My preference, since it's supposed to be a representation of me in a way, is to include my personal puppy. He can be seen here and here (yes he lays down silly :p ). I can include extra photos if needed (I have lots and lots). He's a pembroke welsh corgi, so I'd want him to still look like one. If you really don't want to do a puppy, you can do something else, but I really would prefer my little guy to get his own little piece of art c:

Any not chosen may be sold if the personal aspects are removed. Especially my dog can not be included with the character. I'd like first pick of any that don't win c:

^{So I decided on brown mane and tail but blue streaks in the hair, I tried not to over-do it as such with the unnatural markings. She's got paint markings and some appy markings, I thought a varnish roan would suit your "sparkly" taste. I also attempted to draw a corgi. The design has a leaf neckpiece and some buttercup bangles. You're a biologist, you study life, I thought plants were a good representation of that... I did attempt to draw your tattoo but it just looked funny on the design so I removed it...}

I definitely could not do this justice but while I was reading this I saw the pictures of your pupper and he sploots! That's the official name for it xD

@zest ahh yes he does! He lays like that all the time and it makes me laugh every time xD

@Beacon This is what it looks like. This is more natural light. Not sure how it’ll work since it’s also a horse, but there it is :p

If you don'y mind me asking, what is your Puppy's name? :) (Btw he is one of the most adorable things I've ever seen!)

Ok, to explain~
Biology: I put prints of different animals and plants on her. There are leaves on the belly, bird prints up the front near leg, and horseshoes running up the front far. On the face there are dog prints; also tying in with your little pup.
Brown hair: The main and tail are brown like you hair (I wasn't sure how dark/light your hair was so I had to go with that :)
Your tattoo is on the back far leg.
I put some appy markings on the flank and the back in white.
There are purple sparkles on the neck and over the back - also tying in with the fact that you like purple.
Addons: I put a sword on because I wanted to try drawing a sword lol. I quite like it. There are gold threads through the mane/forelock and a golden feather in the tail. Also I put gold bands around the legs.
The lines have full credit on.
The flanks/back/neck are green fading to blue and there are pink streaks in the mane/tail. I was trying to find somewhere else to put purple and I ended up making the eye a dark purple.
I did use your first photo as a reference, as I wanted to get the markings right. Do tell me if that isn't allowed! But anyways I hope you like her!
