I'm not dead. Just kinds feel like I wanna be. Got infected by the siblings with a cold x.x An immunosuppressed Bela is NOT happy. But That's not going to stop me from arting! ^_^ To those Whom I owe recolors. I am working on them and uploading them today :) But enjoy some of the stuff I was working on last night:

Ooh, what kinds of brushes do you use, if you don't mind me asking? The texture on those bases looks really nice.

I don't mind sharing. It's one of the default brushes in photoshop. It's the only one with a stroke thumbnail and it's px11. The sig is a custom order for Wiki so I'm playing with some stuff and having some fun on it. I'm adding the colors sparingly and in a lot of cases, erasing them with low opacity and pen pressure to get what I want. I've been using this brush a lot. Normally, I'd just use the default circle with the tapered end strokes at the top of the list. But I decided one day " Huh... Let's play" And it's kind of stuck with me haha. Except it's not the best brush for detail work on my older tag and sig bases.

Good to know - I find what I do currently works fine for small work, but it doesn't get enough of a granular look (I guess) for it to convey well on larger art. I'll have to try playing around with some more brushes. c:
