Breeding

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or not 

But I just reached level 6 this morning and I tried to breed my Quarter Horse mare and my Paint Horse mare.... but no matter which stud I choose, it doesn't let me and it says the owner hasn't rolled over yet. 

I checked the other forums for this, and it says I just have to wait for them to rollover... 

The reason why I came here, was because at one point I was clicking on "Begin Stud Request" on every single stallion, and for every single one.... it said the owner hasn't rolled over yet. I am not able to breed to ANY stallion... 

Is this true and I will just have to wait longer? Or is this truly a bug? 

It's not a bug, many studs are blocked because their owners haven't progressed their accounts yet. One of the ways to avoid it is having own stallions or covering mare late, like 1-2h before server actualisation. That last one still doesn't work all the time, but at least there are more studs able to use.
