i've lost the thread that i had subbed to before

when's the best time to breed a pair? taking in account the mare's gestation time and the age

i'm mainly looking for;
- 1 foal
- 2 foals
- 3 foals

I breed three foals and do so at one week intervals: 20 years (ages Tomorrow), 19 years (ages Tomorrow) and 18 years (ages Tomorrow).
