ISO: layout (manip, coding, or both)

I am hoping to finally get a layout! 

I’d prefer to have one person do both the image and coding, but I will consider getting them done separately as well. 

Let me know pricing as well as examples please c:

I can offer code for 150k - html or html and css - I'm not offering manip layouts at this time because I have to concentrate on art for my Advent Calendar event. I'm happy to code someone else's image into a layout if you wish.

If I find someone interested in just making a manip I’ll let you know :)  I’m trying to get a few options to evaluate before I make a final decision

Right now I'm charging 700K for a standard one subject with whatever.  For 2 horses 1.4 Mill. rn.
