Calling QH and Warmblood breeders

First, I have several very good Quarter horses for sale. Low now speciality stats, some with great conformation, babies, good color/ marking, some with level 5 tack etc. $10,000 or $15,000 (has tack). 
Second, I’m getting into Warmbloods. Does anyone have a few with good stats, confirmation etc they are willing to sell. I’d pay up so $150,000 for a mare and stallion under 10, 1000+ stats and comformation over 70.
