I have a complex character in mind and also have a tag or sig combo in mind to go with it. Willing to pay 5-6 mil for the project. I prefer someone who can do other critters besides horse but not necessary. Please post examples and your prices. I will message someone when I see the right person for the project.

I can't do digital art (as I don't have a tablet with GIMP or some other great program, YET), but I can supply you with some wonderful one-of-a-kind sketches for your idea! :D If you don't choose me, that's fine. :)
