[iso] tags + sigs

my two new characters, Plato & Eulalia need art; mainly tags and sigs. couple art is a plus, but not necessary, and in general, I'm open to anything. I would prefer to pay the age price per tag (50k) or sig (100-150k), but am open to paying more if the offered art is retired.
