Art Question- Phone app?!

So, I am itching to try to make some horse art - even if it turns out awful and I only keep it for myself. ;) I used to do a LOT of pixel art back in the day (does anyone remember "dolling"?), and I used to use Paint.NET on a desktop and later a laptop. 

My issue? I don't have a computer. :/ When we had some health challenges in the family earlier in the year I had to sell my laptop.

So, my question is this: are there any decent Android apps for pixel and/or fluid digital art that people have used for horse art? I would be willing to pay a bit (not much more than 15 bucks), but of course free is always better. ^_^ My phone is cheap and awful but my hubby has a nicer phone and I could do some art on it in the evenings!

PLEASE don't tell me to go buy a computer. ;) That is just way beyond our financial ability right now!

JK. But I see my cousin do a lot of pixel art on her phone. If I see her, which will probably be on Sunday if she doesn't have to go with her mom, I could ask.

She lives in Orange County and we are going to vist. Haven't seen them in a while.

I think Photoshop has an app for phones? I'm not sure cost or anything though :P  maybe sumo paint has something? I don't have a phone really so.. Not much help I guess... but I'll keep an ear out for ya.

I found this article which might help.

I loooooove ArtStudio. I use it on my iPad and make all of my art there. It's like $5 but totally worth it.

I actually already read that article before I asked here, Almare, but if I can't get any good personal recommendations I will definitely just try a few of those! Thank you for looking into it for me!

Aww, Pistol, I got so excited! I have always been  "Team Android"...and today, for the first time, I wished I was an Apple user. D: Thanks for taking the time to give the recommendation anyway!
