*Ability To Enter Contests More Than Once

I propose that members in clubs can enter the contests more than once. I feel this could be useful as some clubs want to allow players to enter more than once. This could lead to spam, so perhaps a cap, or admins being able to delete entries (If they can't already). Let me know what you think! ;)

Support as long as the suggestion is for club owners/admins to be able to set the limit for player entries, not for players just to enter however many times they want.
