The way I take this is that you're sort of forcing people to sell their horses at the prices you want them to be sold at.

You have nice horses.... I may buy one

At least they offer them for sale. the sim game I played as a child had a ton of slaughter houses. Most wouldn't even sell you a horse.

I would probably sell the most for 20k
