@Tornado. You can't just recolor UBs ref sheets. If you want to make your own characters to sell, go to deviantart.com and find lines that are free to use on other sites and color them yourself. :)

Always follow the artists rules for using lines. :)

Updated the prizes. Total prize pool is now $15mill+ and there are individual prizes for each character, so as to encourage people to do lots of different characters, not just focus on a favourite.

Would recolors be ok?

So long as all stock is credited correctly, and the artist who made the stock has given permission for you to use their images/work in this manner then that is fine. Make sure you read the artist's rules carefully, as they sometimes forbid use off-site (which would include on EV), or forbid for-profit use (which sometimes includes trading it for sim money or items), or use in contests, or they may require a minimum amount of modification in any derivative works.
