what is considered high non-specialty stats?

#121208 Posted on 2017-09-11 09:34:32

Hi, I have always done the riding school, but now i have a new project I am starting. I want to redeem some older lines and breed out the non specialty stats with foundation horses. When you show horses, what would you consider the highest non-specialty stats for your program. thanks !

I don't like non-spec stats to total up to more than 60. In my color projects I am okay with 60-64, but undet 60 is ideal, and I generally won't buy a horse with non-spec stats that total to over 60.

You will not, with the current system, be able to breed the non-spec stats to single digits due to the current foal stat formula, but you can breed them down some over time.

You can read more about the current formula here.
