Adoptable Idea?

I've seen this kind of idea on other sites.... Here is an explanation

I would start with an egg, you would adopt said egg,
5-10 days later it would hatch into either a baby or just the adult form.
The cool things is, I would also offer items that you could buy for add ons.
Like... scarfs, horns, wings...
Your adopt would also be able to 'Explore' a made up area, like the woods and come back with items that they found.
I'd also offer special items that let two adopts breed and I would make the eggs/adult forms.
Here would be what I'd offer as a final form though.

If any artists out there want to colab with me... (Make items talk about ideas.) I am willing to work with someone!!

Someone would have to be able to do landscapes (Nothing too detailed) 
makes items like.... 

Apples, flowers, horns, wings.

@Magic is Awesome - 80K would be minimum yea, that's a good starting point, maybe 100K each though, since they can grow and they will have the add on options.

On a website similar to Equiverse, there are like 300 of these topics, so many that our admin made a special "Adoptables" Sub-Forum for it xD So I had experience and tons of ideas.

@Tornado - what part do you like? Would you want your adopt to be able to breed with others? How do you feel about add on items?

I love this kind of thing, but I often find that these threads die fairly quickly. My advice would be to start small, because I think the problem is that people bite off far more than they can chew. If you start with just an egg, an adult form, and possibly being able to breed it, then you can gauge your own interest in it, and see if you think you'll be able to handle adding more features, and if your interest will hold.

@ Syrien I have to agree! Not too complicated at first, I also want to see if there is interest in these first!
