September Mascot Contest

The September mascot is going to be a Paint Horse with the most interesting color and markings. The color doesn’t have to be a rare color, horses will be judged by their general appearance.

Rules:
Each member of the Paint Horse Club may enter only one of their horses to the September Mascot Contest.
No additional spare accounts allowed.

Rise the Rescue

Rules:
Rescue horses are given to the contestants by the Club administration. You can preview the horses here.
Each contestant can adopt up to 5 Paints.
Each contestant can enter the contest only with one account. No additional spare accounts allowed.
Each adopted horse will have its initial stats recorded before the start of the contest.
Entry Fee: 5k per horse.
Horses are given out randomly.

Prizes:
1st: 3/4 of total entry fee collections + 3 EVC (EVC provided by the administration)
2nd: 1/4 of total entry fee collections
3rd: 50k EVD

Prize Pool will consist of the entry fees and equal to the fee amount of EVD per horse added by the administration.

The length of the contest is TWO months, and may be prolonged by the administration. Horses locked down during the length of the contest will be disqualified.

Just a side note for Chiwing, rescue horses are given out at random. I first have to mark the rescues down before giving them to others so I shall do that when I get home. 

**I will write down all of their IDs and use a random generator to pick out the horses.

I have a couple questions.
For the mascot contest is their a certain age they have to be? I have a couple under 3 years old that are very flashy. 

Also, I know raise a rescue is assigned randomly, but is it possible to request one mare and one stallion?

I don't believe that there are any age restrictions for Mascot Horses.
