*'Other' category in horse registry

In the horse registry we can currently specify things like minimum stats, minimum conformation, etc, and whether it's automatically accepted or manual. Then when registering your horse you see these listed on the application page so you know the requirements. Could we also get an 'other' or 'notes' category which could just be a text field in which the admin can write additional requirements that don't fit in the other fields? This is only relevant for manual registries, and it's just so that all requirements are listed in one place, instead of also having to check the club page or similar.

Some examples of registry requirements or notes people could add to this text field:
"No inbreeding within 3 generations"
"Desirable colour or pattern, i.e. cream, champagne or rabicano"
"Must meet breed requirement and at least 2 of the other requirements listed above"

I'm not suggesting any of these are automated, so this text field would only be for when the registry is set to manually accept horses.
