Coloured Horse Club Official Thread

Hi guys, 

The Pizza Club (as it was known) has been disbanded, and instead there is the Coloured Horse Club!

The Coloured Horse Club is for all horses with a coat pattern - rabicano, overo, tobiano, sabino, tovero, splash or a combination of coat patterns.

we currently do not accept roan unless it is paired with another coat pattern or white horses.

currently, there are no requirements for registry other than horses must have 100 stats to join, and they must have a coat pattern! 

Once we have more active members, there will be more registry requirements introduced. 

Once we have more members, I'm also hoping that we'll be able to discuss genetics and introduce admin elections. I also will start to run the club as a democracy, so each month members will decide if they want the registry requirements to be changes, vote on which contests they would like to see and vote on the mascot for the next month, member of the month and the admin elections.

Admin elections will run on a 2 monthly term. An admin will be elected for September, and another elected in October. The September admin will have to run again for election in November, meaning someone else may have an opportunity for an admin role, and it also helps to keep the club 'fresh'

As the club gains more members, more admins may be elected.

I am currently looking for a mascot for August, as well as 2 stable/unelected admins to help with running the club.

Hey guys! Sorry for my inactivity, I'll be updating a newsletter post as to why and explaining.

Now the big debate is over coloured horse patterns - should a horse be accepted if they're a few spot, leopard spot, snowcap, blanket or varnish roan appaloosa but has no other white markings?

should we begin to allow white horses into the club if they carry another coloured coat pattern?

First off, no worries!!! Life comes first and I'm so excited for you starting uni! Pm me if you ever want a lot of ideas of things you SHOULDN'T do your first year at uni. >_> 

Secondly, I think we should accept Appaloosas, but I am  biased because I LOVE them! ♡.♡ I am not sure on white horses though - I am on the fence. I will see what others think and jump on a bandwagon.

Lastly, if you still want another admin, I am a stay at home mom, so I am on a lot at various times of the day and even overnight (I hear kids sleep through the night eventually, but we aren't there yet), I know a little coding, I am organized (Virgo!), and like to think I am pretty friendly. ^-^ If you want some more help, lemme know!

Can you look at any of my horses and see if they meet the requirements listed on your club page?

The requirements are clearly listed on our club page. Submit the horses that meet the requirements and they will be accepted.

No. I do not know how to figure out if the horse HAS those requirements. Like where to you look? How do I know?
