ISO full-page layout

I am looking for someone to make a full-page layout for me. With or without a layout image, I can make my own if need be. 

I would prefer expandable sections instead of scrolls, but will consider either.

I could code something for you if you wanted, but I'm not up for any complicated character photomanips . . . I could do a more generic one if you like, or I could do code-only with some image you supply. It's up to you. Also I have done expandable text boxes before, I just need to recall how to do that. The only bad thing with those is you have to limit your content so it will fit within the fully expanded box.

I would be okay with scroll boxes, as long as their color matches the layout theme. (:

How much would you charge for the code, and do you have any examples?

Sure, colour can be changed to whatever will match.

I charge 150k for coding - it can be either HTML-only, or CSS as well if you want the whole page styled. I currently code the layouts Koyott sells, so those are around. I also coded the image Wiki supplied for her page (that one was just HTML), and this one I coded for Ryaisy is a good CSS example.
