ISO: 1 MILL+ for two characters

I lost my doggo today to liver cancer, and as part of my grieving process and in his honor I would like two characters of him. One would be himself as a dog, with some add ons like his favorite toy, treats, and collar. The other would be his horse form, I would leave it up to who I commission for what breed of lines they'd use. I will supply pictures to base him off of, and any questions can be sent to me. If you need an idea of what he looks like, he was a puggle so you can look up the breed online if you don't know what they already look like. I'm very particular about posting personal pictures online so that is why I will not post any here, just to who I chose to commission.
