Can't easily move unassigned horses

Remember when you used to buy a horse, and it'd go into unassigned horses? I recently adopted a couple GV's from the RC and they're currently sitting in 'unassigned horses'. Normally there's a little thing below the unassigned horses division where you can choose which division the checked horses or all horses go to, but that isn't coming up. now unassigned horses just look like every other division. maybe i'm doing something wrong? idk.

Now all divisions allow you to move multiple horses between them. If you look all the way to the right where it says "your horses" at the top, there's an "Edit" button, which is now what will allow you to move horses between divisions.
