*Auto-buy trades option

Could we add an auto-buy option to trades? Essentially when setting up the trade you could optionally set a specific fixed price for an auto-buy so that people can instantly buy it outright with a button if they think the auto-buy price is fair, but can still make a trade offer instead if they prefer.

For example, I could set up a trade with 1000 hay cubes, and specify in the 'wanted' section that I'd be happy to trade them for apples or turnips, or EVD, then set the auto-buy for $20,000.

This would mimic the existing item listings where items are placed on the market for fixed prices. (The difference is you can't make trade offers on those.)

Even if you could only specify EVD and/or EVC in the auto-buy price, this would still be very helpful.
