EV projects?

#112649 Posted on 2017-07-04 09:28:43

i'm using this day off work to catch up on organizing my EV horses. that's normal, right? :P

i've decided to whittle down my mustangs, and have paired them off. I've got 12 multi-gen pairs and a 12 foundations that will be the mates of the multi-gen foals when they're born. Some of those multi-gens are 18 and some are 0, so it'll be a while before they're all old enough to breed. I like having large crops of babies rather than spacing them out since it helps me stay organized.

Doe anyone else have project they're working on that they'd like to share? Maybe someone out there might be interested in trading lines of endurance mustangs down the road? :)

i never got into mustangs but i have been super into starting projects recently (why i started my quarter horses) because they sell better than my welsh ponies do lol but also i have second gen welsh pony foals that i had from first starting ev that are locked until the new foals i got from the equine center are old enough and i feel so impatient waiting haha

i am interested in getting into another project breed that's popular because its fun trying to breed for color and confo haha

Completely normal!!

I'm trying to continue improving my TWH they used to be top of the leaderboard but due to inactivity and more breeders they've fallen off...

I'm on holiday from university at the moment so I'm spending far too much time around here and have a bunch of credits burning a hole in my metaphorical pocket.

I have my major project - western mustangs - and apparently I've started with dressage gypsy vanners as apart of a basic account project. The large influx of stores from all the people searching for silver means I've managed to grab a bunch of 60+ conformation foundies from the RC.

Omg...Im just starting to sort through multiple breeds! Doing some of the hardest culling Ive ever done in the game....Too many horses, too much going on ..gotta  clean the barns up!

Im currently weeding out most of my Quarter Horses, Mustangs, Clydes...and other non appy breeds... Only going to focus on my Appys, a handful of Paints, and my new Tekes...

Also starting to cull based on confo...uggg...gonna have HUNNNDREDS of horses tossed out!. Wanna set a high standard for my new lines....which means, not settling for anything less that 'perfect....

This is gonna take me foreverrrrrrrr lololz

I'm currently working on my colorful Trakehners with (reasonably) high conformation.

So I'm using marking and coat randomisers on some Foundations. Not taking anything lower than 56 (prefer at least 58). I honestly think I need to cut down on a few of them. I don't need this many mares.
