Auto registration in clubs

#111299 Posted on 2017-06-25 22:47:02

Instead of a club president having to manually check horses with pending registration against the club requirements (age, stats and confo) and also manually approving the registrations, I think it would be more handy if the process would be automatic.

The clubs would have special panel where its presidents could set age, confo and stats requirements. When a horse is entered for registration, the game would check the horse age, stats and confo against the club setting, and if the horse meets the requirements, it's accepted automatically. This way allows to avoid the situation when a club president disappeared for some reason and left lots of horses waiting for approval of registration.

Also, this could work a bit differently for type of clubs. Breed clubs could use new height stat in their registration requirements, and a discipline oriented player group could set certain discipline stats as requirement.

I agree in part, however some clubs also accept horses for their genes if they hold rare genes.

some also will accept a horse if they don't meet the stat requirement, but meet the colour or conformation requirement.

My understanding is that we'll get something like this when the planned club/group merger occurs. I'm not entirely sure how the proposed feature will work, but I think something like what you're proposing is a good idea. Essentially the president sets a number of requirements and if the submitted horse meets both the breed requirement and one or all of the defined requirements (depending on settings) then it automatically gets accepted, and if it doesn't then it goes on a waiting list to be manually accepted or rejected.
