I have lots, and lots, and lots, and lots of tack that need some upgrade... Is it there any way to update them all or I have to upgrade one by one and grade by grade?

If you go to the Tack Shop in Town you have to have the tack all 100% before you can try and upgrade it, and you have to be level 5 to do upgrades to tack.
