stud owner inactive

Is there a way to cancel a breeding request due to the stud owner being inactive?

I should add that the stud is up for private breeding I have waited a while for approval and the money has already been taken from my account.

On your page right under group memberships is "stud requests". click on that and you can cancel it. You should get your money back too. It takes its out while you're waiting so you don't forget and spend the money towards it.
