Abbey MIA?

Hey all,

I know I've been gone a while and haven't really logged in. I've ended up having a very annoying and unnecessarily stressful house move with regards to the Internet.

The plan was to ask the old owners of the house to give up their Internet a day early so that we could get ours installed for the day we moved in. They agreed, but unfortunately the people who control the fibre points didn't notify our ISP of a reschedule. So we moved in with no Internet.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem except we moved out to the countryside where there's very little mobile/cell signal, so I haven't really had a chance to make a post like this or even log in (on top of trying to enjoy the new house and unpacking :D).

The saga has continued into the stage where we now have Internet, but it's a faulty line, oh and our removals decided to pack my PC cables and accessories (keyboard, mouse, you know.. The important things) into a random box which we now can't find.

Sigh. So needless to say, I have not abandoned you - I am fine. I will try to bring you some more updates soon, but in the mean time I am resuming my hunt through boxes for my cables :)

We have missed you. I hope you find all your parts and pieces and get the internet straitened out soon. Take some time to do something relaxing to help relieve your stress.

it's nice to hear from you, Abbey! I admit, I was getting a little worried, considering that you are pretty active, and I haven't seen you on the forums for a while. haha. cx

anyway, moving must be very exciting! take your time in settling in your new home. ♥
