*Missing/Late Foals Bug Masterpost

I was checking on my broodmares as well as broodmares I've used, and haven't seen any foals:

MY BROODMARES' FOALS MISSING FOR OTHER USERS - 5 DAYS LEFT (still):
Mare ID: Caelestis 486405
Stallion ID: Maelstrom 276851 (deceased)
Method for breeding: mare's page
Type of transaction: Private broodmare
Was either parent Locked (or not progressed) during pregnancy and how long: Since the breeding on 6/28, I missed progressing 6/30, 7/1, 7/3, 7/5, 7/6, 7/7, and 7/9. I don't know what days UlyssesBlue may have missed.  I had my account locked for part of this time.
Date Bred: 6/28

Mare ID: Magniloquent 489527
Stallion ID: Rembrandt 281488 (deceased)

Type of transaction: Private broodmare

Other relevant information: When my account didn't progress yesterday I still got the notifications of 2 new foals born on "Game Notifications" but no foals appeared and the links lead to two of my other horses. On my mare's page it says 1 foal bred 6 days ago, but when I click on "View Foals" there isn't anything there.

Other relevant information: When my account didn't progress yesterday I still got the notifications of 2 new foals born on "Game Notifications" but no foals appeared and the links lead to two of my other horses. On the mare's page it says that the mare is due "tomorrow" yet the mare was bred to my stallion on the 13th (6 days ago).

EDIT: Both foals arrived today (20th July)

My 3 foals mentioned on the first page are still missing..
