This is our Arabian & Friesian herd. Here at Gunsmoke Rose Ranch, we breed our Arabians for flaxen, sabino, and rabicano, while avoiding the grey gene. Our noble Friesians are currently a mix, but I hope to eventually have all chestnuts and some chestnut carrier blacks. Both are bred and trained for Western stats. Our wind drinkers, the beautiful desert Arabians, are named after flowers, trees, and such things. Our fancy Friesians are named after fairy-tales and fairy tale characters, as well as some newfangled, and in my opinion, much better fairy tale names.
