Steel was smoky black Trakehner stallion by WDF Serpentin and out of an unnamed black Trakehner mare. He was owned by Hallowed Acres and trained by Lady Elizabeth Wade and Julie Smith and ridden by Lady Elizabeth Wade.



Steel was an elite stallion and champion show jumper. He was an accomplished athlete and proven sire of champions. An active and brisk horse with a lot of courage, he had a a kind disposition and a big presence in the show ring.



He preferred large courses with grass footing, but is adaptable and will jump his heart out in any setting he's put in. Ellie knew she could trust him and would take risks in the ring she would never dream of with any other horse.
