                                       Night's Raven


Disregarded since birth, Night's Raven was sent away from the same farm his parents were. The poor foal was left out in a vast meadow, where several foxes and other predators roamed and he had no bigger creature to look out for him.


The foal pleaded for help, for someone to come take care of him, but no one ever came. At least not until a jet-black raven, landed on a branch close to him.


Softly, She cawed as if telling him a lullaby.


However, he was still hungry. Thankfully, the raven seemed to understand and she constantly flew off only to return with apples for the foal to eat. 


Once, the foal could walk, he never strayed away from his adoptive mother, the raven. So, he was named in honor of her, taking the name Night's Raven and since then, this bird-loving foal could speak to the birds.
