Blue Heart Possible Bug

#98130 Posted on 2017-03-19 11:20:48

All of my novice horses show the blue heart. I haven't put any up for stud or broodmare.

Definitely seems like a bug. Going to your horses' pages, it doesn't actually give me any option to request a breeding to them, so it doesn't seem they're *actually* up for stud/brood. It also looks like they all (or at least the couple I clicked on) just turned 3 today?

There was a bug a long while ago that was causing this to happen randomly with some horses when they turned 3. Usually putting them up for stud deliberately and then removing them from stud removed the issue with the erroneous blue heart, though I don't know if it will work the same way now.

(I can also understand wanting to wait before doing that, for future testing of the bug to see if it can be fixed.)

All of my foals turned 3 today. Maybe it was too much for the system so it broke it? :D

I have a group that will be turning three tomorrow... I'll have to see if it happens to them, too!

I ended up putting my horses up for stud/broodmare and then take them off to remove the blue hearts.

Thank you for mentioning how you fixed it. I just had the same thing happen to me. I'll try your solution.

I had one popping up with a blue heart today as well (horse ID #585086). Colt that turned 3 years old today. Doesn't actually seems to be for public stud.

Already read how to fix it. But maybe it is a little bug that needs looking after.
