Rather than encourage new blood with a foundation raising competition, I thought it would be lovely to honor some of the beautiful pedigreed horses out there and reward the effort of their owners a little!

The 'Best In Show' awards will cover three categories, Stallions and Mares in their peak (just before retirement) and the most promising looking foals.
Winners will be judged on stats, conformation, color and pedigree and will receive both a cash prize and a customized 'trophy' art piece (tag size) to display on your page if you'd like as a memento.

You may enter one horse per category, but can only win one category per month (so we will have at least 3 different winners). Entry rules are as follows:

Finest Stallion
-One entry per person.
-Horses must be 16+ years of age as of entry.
-Must not be locked

Prize: 200K + the Trophy Art!


ENTRIES:
Silent Star

WINNER: Calderon
High stats and lovely conformation with nice color and complex but clean seeming lines to boot!

Finest Mare
-One entry per person.
-Horses must be 16+ years of age as of entry.
-Must not be locked

Prize: 200K + the Trophy Art!

WINNER: Charlotte De Fleur
Superb stats and great conformation with nice color!


Finest Foal
-One entry per person.
-Horses must be under 3 years of age as of entry.
-Neither parent may be entered for a mare/stallion award.
(This is to help share the awards around)
-Must not be locked

Prize: 100K + the Trophy Art!

WINNER: The Unforgiven
Superb stats and nice conformation and color, with astoundingly even clean lines to boot!

Horses can be entered any time during the month, but winners will be called on the 29th (to give me a chance to send out prizes)!

Please note: As these are judged by me these will at least partially be based off of my own preference. I will attempt to be as neutral as possible and am not entering my own horses so I have no bias, I will be as fair as I can be to how much effort I can see has gone into each horse.
