I used randomizers on mine and got some great colors! Before they were grey over bay and bay. The randomizers have given me some phenomenal colors in my herd. For 2 credits, it's not too bad, although you can sometimes have rotten luck and get a basic boring color.

Out of the boring basic colors, black, and chestnut are my favorites. :)

I sure got lucky with this girl straight from the store and her mate got lucky from the randomizer. ♥

I decided to jump into the contest myself, minus the pot, as I consider that to be cheating. I am going to raise a pair too, but won't be selling them AT ALL. ♥

Also, for those who haven't picked up your horses, I fed, and treated them; so you don't get behind. :) Please get them by tomorrow night otherwise I will sell them to other people!!!

Black and chestnut are very nice for the base colors. And I like the seal brown a lot, which I was lucky enough to get a couple times from the store. I've been breeding GVs for a long time, so having anything besides base colors is exciting!

These are the two lovelies for the contest after using the randomizer:

(Was grey, now is seal brown cream)

(Was bay, now is dunalino)

*giggles*

Guess you don't want to sell them back to me after the contest? ;)

How about at least breeding the foals from these two pairs together??? A little distance out, but why not plan ahead? :)

I'll hang onto them, lol. But yeah, we can absolutely cross them or their offspring in the future!

Getting such pretty colours with the randomisers!
This guy was a grey with chestnut base, but I used the randomiser and got a classic dun! One of my favourite colours :D

Woohoo love the horses I got :)

They go along very well together. The stallion is solid chestnut, and mare is a roan sabino chestnut.

Such pretty pones! I like how mine look, but I'm a bit confused. They're both technically grey, but neither look grey to me.I'm especially confused by the "++" in Jeremiah's geno. Am I just not grasping what "grey" means for GVs?

I believe the horses in the game now lighten with age, I assume Gypsies are the same. When they are 10 they will be white.

Yes, the grey is added gradually to mimic the real life process of a horse going grey.

And the ++ means the horse is solid with no patterns like tobiano, roan, or sabino.

I can't afford to colour randomise mine yet, but I'm happy with them so far. I'm particularly happy with my stallion's conformation of 61.25, and blue eyes too! :)

Okay, I have three horses that nobody has picked up, and two extra's that are free for anyone in the GVC to take to enter into the contest.

But in all seriousness, PLEASE someone take these little rascals off my hands!!! I don't want to keep feeding them......
