[ADDED] *Friend requests

Currently, if an online person whose friend requests are disabled, from the online members page you can still send them a friend request. I had a hard time explaining that, this is what I mean through the beauty of screenshots:

So what I am suggesting, is that if you go to the online members page, if there's a member with disabled friend requests, that instead of 'Request Friendship' it should say 'This member's friend requests are disabled' or 'disabled friend requests' or something like that. Let me know if I didn't describe this well enough, and if you don't support please say why!
And this wouldn't be a thing that has to happen immediately, although I don't think this would take a ton of coding and time and such, but it might take more time than I think so tell me what you think.
