If you care about a club you own, you should take care of it.  Club ownership is a position of responsibility, and if you neglect that responsibility, why should you expect to keep it?

You scared the life out of me with this title. 

I do have plans to allow admins to take over ownership of inactive clubs but honestly it would more likely be a 6 month inactivity thing to give the owner a proper chance to come back first. I realise 6 months is a long time, but the owner has paid a lot of money to even open the club, it's fair to give them a chance.
