"No breed" setting colour- who to talk to?

I was given a revived "no breed" horse as part of a payment for art a while back, and while I know the ability to properly customize no breeds is now disabled because it was thought everyone who had them and was going to do it, had already done it... I do still want to fix my new horse's colour!

I was able to give him a breed just fine, but clicking to set his colour just takes me to the custom horse page.

Who do I even ask for help with this? :S

Abbey will likely have to set the colour for you manually - you'd best either send her a message or submit a ticket about it.
