*Mares Still Pregnant but Foals were received

This wasnt too bad until about half of my appy mares were infected. I seriously cant keep track of who I can breed when now....

A few more mares of mine have been affected today.

Keer Weer seems to have foaled New Foal early, apparently she has 3 days of her pregnancy left.

Dark Leopard also seems to have foaled New Foal early, and she also seems to have 3 days of pregnancy left.

Livitta also seems to have foaled New Foal early, and again appears to have 3 day of pregnancy left.

Interestingly, all mares say they were bred 5 days ago, but this isn't possible if they are due to foal in 3 day time. 

They were locked for a few days last week, however I don't think the mares were pregnant when they were locked? I'm not sure.

^{@Maine: the last bred counter is the one you should be working off for due foals since it's working properly. The pregnancy display is glitching on the days left, so it might say three days left but it might actually be tomorrow. Mares give birth on 5 days left bred and are breedable after 7 days since their last breeding.}

Just happened to me too. I have two mares that I bred on Saturday. Their foals both appeared today (3 days early) and it still says they're pregnant.

Update: 

I just had a mare foal on time and everything seems to be normal, this was a mare that was affected before, this time she is not... I have two other mares in foal now, that seem to be progressing normally...
