Closed-The Story of Argo and Sela

Argo had to continue to follow, so he decided to fly. The light shined, and appeared his wings and horn. He flew above the trees, able to see Sela trotting on below.

After the hoof beats ceased Sela relaxed, changing into her true form, a winged unicorn. Her body was draped with a long veil-like coat, a moon-like color, sprinkled with stars, the only thing hiding her wings. However her glass horn was very visible, it's twisted form resting on her forehead.

"What?" Argo was stunned. He'd thought Sela was a normal mare, but she must of had powers too. Argo flew down in front of her. "So you've got powers too, huh?" He questioned.

Sela jumped back, frightened, no one was to ever see her in her true form. She panicked and flew up over him, flying as fast as she could away from the stallion. A part of her would have liked to get to know him, another supernatural horse. A tear slid down her cheek, bringing back the painful memory of her lover before.

"I was cast out too! My mother and father!" Argo yelled.

As soon as the words reached her ears she stopped, flapping her wings to keep her in the air. She turned around, flying down to the ground, her hooves leaving an echo in her ears as she landed on the ground. Sela stood before him, rain droplets beginning to fall. "You've never felt the pain I've felt." she spoke quietly, her voice weak and her stance limp.

"I was left too. By my herd. When they found out that I had powers, tried to kill me to get me to leave." Argo explained.

"I wasn't left by my herd." she spoke through gritted teeth as the rain droplets began to grow heavy. Sela tried her best to hold back her anger, even though that seemed impossible.

The harder rain commenced, small bits of hail striking down along with the water droplets. Something clicked in Sela, her feet no longer supporting her, causing her to fall down. She cried silently, not because of falling or the hail striking her constantly, it was because she finally was letting all of her pain free.

Argo looked at the ground, and felt sorry for the mare. He wanted to ask her more, but he felt as if it was the right time. He walked over to her side, as it started to rain, and changed, put in a way that she couldn't see. He put his wing over her to cover her from the rain.

Tears continued to stream down her face, looking up at the wing covering her from the rain. She couldn't see Argo, but since she had seen him earlier in his true form, she assumed it was him. A few minutes passed, still the rain beat strongly against their coats, Sela stood up, making sure not to hit his wing. "Follow me." she spoke aloud, giving him a nudge on the neck to make sure he heard her.

Argo felt as Sela nudged his neck and trotted off into the distance. "Where is she going?" He thought. He trotted off in her direction.

(That's fine.)

Soon enough they reached a cave, torches suddenly lit up as they walked into the large room. Sela changed into her true identity, her veil still draping over her wings. To the left of the cave was a small room and to the right was another room, the same size. "I don't plan on giving myself away twice, so would you like to tell me more about yourself?" she asked, turning around and looking at him, face to face.
