Avanti
Avanti looked up to Shower and then to Avanshee. In a small voice she said, "This is Shower and this is Avanshee." She turned to Shower. "Avanshee is my new friend, Shower. She's really nice." Turning to Avanshee, Avanti answered her previous question. "My mommy is missing. That's all I know. And Shadow takes care of me."

Moon went silent as she looked of into the distance. She was thinking about many things, all at once.

Shower was highly annoyed at this horse. She tried not to be.
"Well, my name is Shower, as you found out. Look after her then." Shower walked off. Of course she wasn't going to leave Avanti. She gave a quick kick at the fence, then walked off to get her head scratched.

Avanshee

Avanshee smirked "and you know who I am... but i shall not take the little calf away from you... she is in your care" She said as she watched the cow stomp off. She heard the latch of the gate open as she looked to the noise. A man with a halter and lead rope came put. The name on the halter marking "Avanshee". She gave a whining as she trotted up to him. The man had groomed her with his fingers while he put the halter over her. Then clip in the lead role on the halter and leading her out of the pin.

Ben, a dark Shetland, grazed in the corner of the pasture Noble and Tomb. He usually kept his distance, for he didn't want to be squished.

She stopped and turned around, beckoning for Avanti to crawl over. The farm owner walked over, with his 3 kids following. Grace was keen and almost ran over, Danny was bored, so he played on his I-pad, and Sophie was nervous so she hung behind. The farmer patted her, and then hoisted Grace onto her back. Shower wasn't supposed to have a favourite, but Grace was hers.

Avanti watched Grace climb onto Shower's back and let out a moo. She threw her hindquarters in the air and tottered a few steps closer. Just a few more... She fell hard, breath pushed out of her along with her spirit. She laid her head on the grass and mumbled softly. She noticed the younger child, Sophie, lagging behind and lifted her head slightly. She again tried to walk, this time with a goal of the child. Her dark eyes were fixed on the girl. When she fell again, she had only gained a few feet, but it was all that was needed. Sophie walked the rest of the way and began to pet Avanti. Avanti mood softly and closed her eyes.

Shower turned her head and smiled at Avanti and Sophie. But she carried on walking around the padddock.

At the sight of the farmer and his kids, Moon panicked. She was after, a wild mustang. So she took a jump at the closest fence, but in her rush she clipped her back hoof, causing it to get tangled in the wiring. She kicked with her foot that was caught, hoping to get out of the wiring, but to no avail. Seems she was stuck.

Drift padded closer to the other goats. They loved the farmer, but some freaked out at the sight of the kids. They worried about hurting them and being taken away. Drift knew this wouldn't happen, even if they did hurt a child, as the farmer was kind. He recalled Avanti's mother's selling. If it wasn't a dream, someone had made an offer even though she wasn't for sale and heavy with Avanti. The farmer was in a bad financial spot and accepted, asking them to wait for the calf to be born. Drift sighed. Too bad the calf's mother was gone. Shower did a good job, though.

Moon stomped her hoof in annoyance. "Leave it to me to kick a fence.."

Shower mooed in alarm and shook her head towards Moon.

"Keep calm, they'll help you." She said rushing over.

Avanti watched as Shower rushed over to Moon. Sophie stiffened, and Avanti knew exactly what she was thinking. "Shower," Avanti called out softly, "Grace is still on your back."

Shower suddenly remembered and slowed down. Mooing softly to all of them. Luckily Grace wasn't too freaked out.
