The Forgotten Herd [all animal rp, no sign-ups]

This'll be an All Animal rp, anyone at ANY time can join, no need to sign-up. Im not gonna say how many you can have, but please do make sure they are all...REGULAR animals, though Dire-Animals i will allow. Just kinda, jump on in at any given time btw, no need to ask as ALL are welcome! Now predators AND prey can also be friends if you so wish. And what rules, there are, please, try to follow them..im not askin' for much!

*Please..dont control other characters that do not belong to you!
*Be respectful. (Char. to Char. is one thing.)
*Dont swear badly, remember, kids can join this rp too guys! So plz, keep is PG13...
*Dont be one of those "kill everyone" people, enless your character is like a insane killer..then that's more understandable.
*EV rules still apply here.

I'll start

Shadow sat watching her best friend, Crimson, sniff a flower on a tree. They were an unlikely pair, a silver-black horse with ice blue eyes and a pure black Dire-wolf with light violet eyes. Who would've thought that such a pair could exist? Not many! They happen to be in an open field, a apple tree above them. Hey, Shadow, you ok there? Crimson's voice snapped Shadow out of her thoughts. ...Yeah, im fine, Crimson. I was just...thinking. Shadow calmly replied. They both came from broken pasts, but both helped each other too. When they met, as a foal and a pup, they helped each other survive and made a "Pack Promise" to protect one another.

Silver Wind

Silver trotted though the open field. Her paws silent on the soft grass. She smelled the horse and wolf about a mile back. Silver being herself stayed down wind of the pair. It was odd to see a horse buddy buddy with a wolf. The beautiful silvery dire wolf walked right up to them reaching her nose out to the other wolf curiously. Silver was separated from her pack so the young wolf was still not quiet into her size. Her huge paws showed she would be humongous when she grew into those paws. She playfully bats at the other wolf. She looked to be a full grown wolf but her paws gave her away.

Shadow looked down at the little pup and laughed, touching noses with the lil wolf. Why, hello there little one. Where's your pack at? It's dangerous to be alone. Crimson's ears pricked up as she gazed at the little dire-wolf with the most friendliest look she could. Hey lil puppy! What's your name? I'm Crimson, and that's my best friend; Shadow. Crimson layed down, to be less threatening looking to the pup.

Silver curled up to the horse snuggling beside her. My pack called me Silver Wind. Mama called me Silver so you can to. I lost my pack a few days ago. I can not find them no more. Silver sighed softly then tried her best to curl as close as she could to the horse. Can I stay with you? I promise I will be good. I won't bite or nip. I have all my teeth now. The pup lays her head on the front legs of the horse flicking her ears in there direction trying to look as cute and small as she possibly can being snuggled against the horse.

Awwww, Shadow, watcha say? Can't the cute lil pup stay~? Crimson gave Shadow an adorable, pleading look, nuzzling Silver. Alright, she can stay with us. Welcome to our little "Family", Silver. Shadow smiled at the pup, she was going to say she could in the first place anyways. Crimson nickered in delight whilst curling her head/neck around the pup in a protective manner, and Shadow licked the pups head.

Amber

Amber scampered as her hooves struggled to get up the big hill. She strained her body weight as she dug them into the cold hard ground. The little black filly looked around having lost her mother recently. Her blue eyes scanned the area as she was very aware. The scrapes on her skin had scratched away the fur of her legs and they now bled a bit. She called out looking for her mother as she called not hearing a response. She saw a couple wolves up above the hill. She imediatly bolted as she saw them remembering what her mother had told her about them. Wolves .Are .BAD.

Shadow's ears flicked to the sound of hooves and she barked out, Who goes there! State your name is you will!

Amber

Amber looked towards the sound. She froze as she looked to it showing her face. " I am mm mm ah ...... my name is.....Amber" She said in a small toned voice as a since is worried washed over her. She looked t ok the animal fear overran her but she couldn't move.

Shadow smiled and trotted up, not at all threatening, Well, hi there, Amber! My name's Shadow. The pup up there is Silver Wind, and the other horse is called Crimson. Might i ask what a foal so young is doin' with her mom? Shadow tilted her head, worried for the Foal, as there were quite a few mean animals out here.

Amber

Amber looked to the canine. "Lost her..." She said in a slow toned vpice. She spun on her hooves watching animals every moment watching for any aggressive body language. The look of fear in her eyes as she moved.

Shadow frowned Thats soooo sad...would you like to staywith us until we can find your mom? She tilted her head in a friendly way.

Amber

Amber smiled but then thought I can't trust... but i have to "ahh yean n that would be great..." She said as she slowly moved towards the canine. She was scared but bits of that had disintegrated from her at this point.

Shadow smiled gently. Well, the other two are right up this small hill. Just follow me. (^~^) She turned to walk up the hill and noticed the foal's legs bleeding. I'll akso see what i can do for your legs if you'd like. she added, waiting up for the foal.

Crimson's head went up, her ears forward, though the pup snuggled against her kept the mare from moving, though she whinnied out a greeting.

River Falls
The wolf moved swiftly and quietly through the woods, her "blue" coat rippling in the breeze that whipped at it because of her speed. Her paws barely padded at the thickly laid leaves. Her nose to the air, the small, sleek wolf kept a careful eye for other creatures. She suddenly stood stock still. The air that had rushed by her as she ran stood still when she stopped. She needed to listen, smell, and look for a moment. She was shy and very skittish, just more proof of her scarred history. Her thick, soft fur rustled as a slight breeze came from behind her. She turned. The breeze had changed, carrying scents toward her back. Her dark brown eyes hardened as she caught animal scents. Should she run? Her ears flicked back and forth as she pondered quickly what to do. In a flash, her mind was made up. She slowly stepped toward the smells.
