NSS

Please excuse my ignorance, but what does NSS mean or stand for?

hello! NSS stands for Non-Specialty Stats which are stats that are not used for a horse's discipline. for example here's one of my driving horses, driving uses strength and endurance so those are her specialty stats. her speed, agility, and intelligence are her NSS. you can read which stats are used for each discipline here and a detailed guide about how nss affects showing is here, generally lower nss means a better showing performance in most situations c:
