Guide to buying and selling art?

I've been working on a buying/selling guide to art on Equiverse in the little spare time I have. It mostly covers correct usage of images, crediting, setting up sales and what to look out for when buying art. 

Do people have questions they would like included? Or you could mention what you look for in buying/selling art yourself. 

It's intended for Equiverse but it can be applied elsewhere too.
