-{Nev}- ISO Custom Layout!

Hello friends!

I currently have a layout for the fall months, but I am looking for a custom layout! Similar to the one I currently have here or something like this (just as an example). I'm looking to have it be focused around my aesthetic of goth/fantasy horses/purple color palette. Max 4 scroll boxes, minimum 3. I would love a photo manip or drawing for the banner with "Nevermori" having a script style text in the banner. Just something I can have all year round and feel more established on EV. I am willing to pay 50 EVC, plus an art pass if you so wish. I can even provide EVD in conjunction for a quality coding wizard and artist! Please let me know if this is something you would be willing to do. I have a few characters I can link to for ref of the manip/drawing.
