Auto-Tool countdown

Is it possible for auto-tools to only countdown if they've been used that day? Some days I lock my horses and only login to progress my account, collect interest, check forums, etc because I'm short on time. However, I cringe each time I lose out on auto-care without having actually used it. Being able to get a full 30 days USE would be a huge plus :)
