@mardi gras: A few horses on his mother's side have some odd conformation. His dad's side is lovely. They are very lovable, as long as you work with them actively. They can be a little too smart for their own good. That's how Mack got his bad habits, and I'm afraid some may come back. I gave him a break all winter. Mostly due to poor weather. He's the biggest attention seeker ever. I have multiple videos of him, chasing away Rosie, just so he can have all the attention to himself.

yup. the outfitter I worked at had tons of Haflingers and even though they were adorable, they were mischevious. like one of our trails had two loops and at the end of the season, at the intersection, some of the haflingers would always turn for the barn! and it was only the flingers.

Man I know how producers pride sweet feed works xD I feed it to my horses too, I don't have any pics right now (or of when she was like this) but we rescued a filly that was taken from her mother and not fed, boy she was skinny. We fed her the sweet feed and other stuff to help her gain weight as she was rail thin, we had to carry her she couldn't even walk. After a long time about a year and a half to two years she gained weight and looks great even though she was mixed with a pont and a big draft so her confirmation is terrible lol I'll edit with a pic of her now

It's a health thing. Sweet feed is nowhere good for horses or any animal.
