reporting in the bug zapper

I've reported this^ bug. Today I experienced it again, so I mentioned about it in my original report. The status it has is "new", however when I click at bug zapper and scroll down "current bugs" to see all "new" reports, mine is not visible, which means that other players can't see it. So even if others experienced the same, they can't add their testimony to my report, which is invisible to them.

If you select yes for "Do you feel like this is a bug that could be exploited for gain?" then the report isn't visible to other players (so they can't use the same exploit).
