summary of shows my horses were entered into

#237782 Posted on 2021-04-03 07:49:14

Where can I find the details for each horse I entered in shows (ie: placings, money earned by that horse, stats earned if it placed, etc)? Been searching high and low for this. Thanks!

You should be able to find that in your activity log, which is located below where you would change your status, and will show as ‘Your Activity.’

I hope that makes sense. Essentially just click the your activity button located under the status bar and you should be able to see it.

Well, this information is kind of all over the place:
1. on horse's page, below "specialty information", you can see horse's points and show winnings categorised by yesterday, this week, this month as a general overview. However "yesterday" data is broken in a sense that if you enter horse in a show which runs on the same day and you receive results before cron runs, then these results will show as "yesterday". As a consequence the day after, when you look at "yesterday" results, you'll see "0".
2. on the bar of "specialty information", if you click on trophies and numbers to the right, you'll see most recent results of this horse from previous days - this displays top 10 places
3. "your activity" (which goes red whenever you have new notifications there) shows you results of all your horses day by day and records top 3 placings plus gained experience, stats and points

Thanks Lenka! I was after the overall summary page with all my horses' performance records since I have too many horses to look at individual pages one at a time. "Your Activity" shows exactly what I remembered seeing years ago (but just couldn't remember where to find it!). Thanks to you both!

You will also only see the results up to 10th place in your horses trophies section. But as Lenka said, Your Activity shows you the placings with stats and exp/points gained.

One additional question on the show topic.
I've read in the help section that when divisions are locked, horses are frozen and cannot show etc. What does this mean for those horses entered into shows BEFORE the division was locked? Obviously those shows will still run, but what happens with the locked horses entered into said shows?
I'm sure the information is out there to answer this question -- there is a ton of helpful guides in the help forum, too. The massive amount of information available is awesome! But hard to find answers to specific questions at times, so if it's out there, please point me to where and I can look the answer to this question up for myself, too. Thanks again! xx

You can find more information on the little 'i' button next to Your Horses in your show all horses view.

Here's what it says:
Locking Divisions
Locking a division will lock all horses in that division. They will be frozen exactly as they are the moment you lock. They will not get any older, or lose any hunger or thirst. You will not be able to interact with these horses until you unlock them. If horses in this division are entered in shows when they are locked, they will be withdrawn from the shows. Horses listed for stud or sale, or entered in the auction house will be removed from these instances. If you have your horses boarded at another member's stable, they will be removed from the stable without a refund.

Auto-Care
Auto-care will care for all horses in this division providing you have enough feed and treats stored. You will need to train and show them separately.

Horses are (supposed) to be taken out of shows when you lock them but there is currently a bug where they will create ghost entries in shows or not even be taken out. I believe the original function of this is so that shows don't get stuck trying to run or stop running from horses being locked.

Their show slots will remain used up until they are progressed. You won't gain any earnings, stats or exp. So if you plan on locking them then riding school is your best bet as you can still collect them.

Thanks maple, this is very helpful. I was unsure because the first of my horses finally turned 3 yesterday and I entered them into shows, but then locked the division because I didn't get around to caring for everyone, and I expected they'd be pulled from the shows and I'd need to re-enter them today, but that wasn't the case since they still are enrolled in those shows. That didn't make sense to me since if the division is locked, the horses are supposed to be unable to progress in any way... so your explanation about the current bug that's being experienced helps clear that up.

Great tip about using the riding school versus showing if I'm planning to lock the division.

Thanks very much.

It's intended that their slots are used up until the next progression, to prevent users from showing horses and locking them to prevent aging, then showing them again.

i.e someone could enter 10 shows running in an hour, wait for the results to come in, lock to reset shows, then repeat the process.

So the 10 slots being used up even if the horse is withdrawn from shows/locked is intentional.
